Most modern environments are built for throughput, convenience and stimulation. Very few are designed around attention, sleep, recovery, nourishment, movement and meaningful work.
The environment is not background. It is an input.
Designed differently

Nature
Landscape, vegetation, air and distance give the body a different set of cues than a city does.

Málaga Haus will welcome curated retreats, workshops, leadership gatherings and other meaningful experiences developed by independent facilitators, specialists and organisations.
Each experience will have its own purpose, people and programme. What they share is a thoughtfully designed environment, a consistent standard of care and a partnership approach to bringing the right participants together.
Experiences and dates will be introduced as the property develops.

The countryside around Málaga offers a particular combination: Mediterranean light, food culture, outdoor life and landscape, with an international city and airport still within practical reach.
Close enough to arrive without friction. Far enough away for the environment to register.
The location is being chosen for what it allows the place to do.

Costa Verde is currently searching for the rural property near Málaga that will become Málaga Haus.
Rather than disappear until the doors open, we are making the process visible: the search, the acquisition, the design decisions, the operating principles and the eventual transformation of the site.
For now, Málaga Haus is one place. The work is to make it the right one.

Málaga Haus is being developed for experienced facilitators and operators who have something meaningful to offer, but don't necessarily want to build an entire hospitality and commercial operation around it.
Our model is based on curated partnerships, not conventional venue hire.
Programme partners bring their expertise, content and delivery capabilities. Málaga Haus provides the environment and operational framework, with the ambition to develop shared marketing, audience-building and sales capabilities as the venue grows.
Every programme will participate in a common booking and guest-relationship model, designed to create value beyond a single event.
We're speaking with prospective partners now to understand what they need and help shape the property and operating model before opening.

We're inviting selected manufacturers, designers and technical partners to help shape the infrastructure before construction begins.
Our initial priorities include a pool, sauna and cold plunge, alongside energy, water, outdoor environments and sustainable materials.
We're interested in partnerships that extend beyond product supply: technical collaboration, installation, equipment contributions and long-term opportunities to demonstrate products in a working retreat environment.
In return, founding partners can become part of a documented build, with opportunities for visibility, real-world use, case studies and relevant introductions as the project develops.
The property hasn't been acquired yet. This is the opportunity to be involved before the important design and procurement decisions are made.
